What we do

Our first contact with a client may be:

  • A telephone call
  • An email
  • Person to person
  • Recommendation
  • Visiting the showroom

The first concern is to establish the exact requirements of the client as to style, design, material and finish of their chosen project. We recommend a visit to our factory/showroom as this will give some indication as to the quality of our products and give some ideas

The design stage is next and Roy will normally draw a detailed sketch to relay the customer’s instructions. This will show dimensions, materials and the personal requirements and from this we will have adequate information from which to type up an estimated quote.

Before visiting the premises, if necessary, to take accurate measurements and making full working drawings we request a deposit based on the original quote.  This will allow us to order in materials etc., so that we can make a start at the earliest opportunity.

All timber is purchased from established suppliers using only timber from sustainable sources.

During the machining stage the timber is planed and prepared ready for the project to be assembled.

Our dedicated and skilled workforce now show their talents and create the required items of quality furniture whether it be a single customised item or a complete bespoke kitchen of distinction.

The finishing of everything that we manufacture is done in our own spray area and a full fit is made in the workshop, ensuring that it is all fitting and in working order before delivery.

Delivery is also carried out by the same team of craftsmen ensuring that everything arrives in excellent condition and all is to the customers discerning standard.
